Refund policy

  1. Sale & Discounted Items

    All sale, promotional, or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a sale item has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

    2. Exchange Policy (Regular Priced Items Only)

    Products purchased at regular price may be eligible for exchange only, provided the following conditions are met:

    • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
    • The product is unused and in original packaging
    • The product seal and packaging are intact

    DE'NOIR does not provide refunds. Eligible cases will only be processed for product exchange.

    3. Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Item

    If you receive:

    • a damaged or broken product,
    • a parcel damaged during shipping, or
    • the wrong item delivered,

    please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
